Although TWC maintains excellent cellaring conditions, and strives to sell every bottle in pristine condition, any wine purchased over five vintage years old, is sold "as is" and can not be returned for any reason.
The Wine Consultant can not guarantee the condition of a wine after it leaves the premises. The Wine Consultant takes all necessary precautions to assure the safe delivery of your order. However, The Wine Consultant and the contracted carrier are not responsible for heat or frozen damaged wine.
"Cork tainted" or "spoiled" bottles should be returned for replacement or credit.
The Wine Consultant is not legally responsible for the storage of any invoiced/paid wine order remaining unclaimed by its purchaser. The Wine Consultant is not legally responsible for any theft, damage or loss of any nature to unclaimed wine left on the premises.
