NO NEED TO PANIC!!

Just our "Wine Tasting QPR Graphs"!  Yes, we take our work seriously!

Dear Eric,

An intelligent wine consumer should always consider best available pricing, but more importantly, a wine should be selected for its "QPR", the trade's acronym for "Quality-Price Ratio".....or best bang for the buck!  "Rock bottom" pricing is one thing, but if the wine is just standard quality, or overpriced in the first place.....then who really cares.  Whatever the wine region, style, preference, or budget, our goal is to find the "over achievers", that is, the best quality wine values to exceed your enjoyment expectation!

This is a great time to think outside the box!, A time to experiment with new wines from different places.  Free yourself from the shackles of over priced wine allocations from "cult" winery mailing lists. Boycott outrageously marked up restaurant wine lists.  Take cooking lessons. Start a vegetable garden. Stay at home to entertain with friends!   These were my thoughts and more when I saw Keith Knight's latest (Th)ink cartoon.
