"BEST NEW DISCOVERY WINE OF THE YEAR"          2006 ANCIENT PEAKS CABERNET SAUVIGNON    Dear Wine Friend,   Every year at this time I announce my pick for "Best New Discovery Wine of the Year". I bestow this honor on the wine I judge to have the best "QPR" (Quality to Price Ratio) in the market place. Past winners have included wines from Patassy, Mantra, Melipal, and Obsidian Ridge.
