Everyone asks us how the business is going.  Thanks to our loyal customer base, The Wine Consultant is doing well.  We like to say people enjoy their wine in good times or bad.  The wine and food you select play essential roles in rewarding the psyche and nourishing your sense of well being.  Yes, we all need to be more concerned about finding the best value to stretch the dollar.  Your response to the 06 Ancient Peaks Cabernet Sauvignon is an excellent example: to date over 2,200 bottles have been sold, and sales are still going strong.  If you have no idea what I am talking about, then please reference > www.thewineconsultant.com/newsletter/493
 
Rest assured, this coming year I will dedicate my selection process to finding more of the best wine values in the world.  That said, I guess this is a good time to announce we will be traveling to explore the "winelands" of South Africa this January.  Our last day of the year will be Tuesday, December 30th.  The Wine Consultant will reopen on Friday, January 30th.  The remaining holiday schedule is posted below, and note we will be OPEN this Sunday & Monday!.
