Discovered at Umami restaurant in SF Marina while enjoying sashimi. NOT your Grand Nonna's prosecco! Rather all of the Adami's prosecco is fermented to dryness, and then used as a base wine for varying increases of sugar dosage. Garbel means dry, and the #13 is used to identify the 13 grams of sugar added to base to create this very crisp, dry style of sparkling wine. Additionally, this prosecco is sourced from the rolling hills of the Colli Trevigiani area in Trentino and Alto Adige.

"The flavors feel brisk and inviting in this refreshing wine. It’s nimble and light, with bubbles lifting the ripe peach and melon notes. Ideal for seafood antipasti, like a chilled calamari salad." - 90 Points, Wine & Spirits
